Our Golf Perfomance Fitting Studio has been recently fully upgraded in more
ways than one to give you the Golfer the best possible Indoor Golfing Experience.

The Perfomance Simulator powered by Foresight Sports using the GC Quad
Launch Monitor gives us the real time performance insight we need to best help
analyse Ball Flight Data and Golf Club Movement Patterns. Here at SHANK Golf
we utilise this amazing technology in Coaching, Club Fitting and Play.

SHANK Golf are Authorised Retail Partners for Golf Equipment Brands Titleist,
Mizuno, PING and Wilson, we are also Custom Fitting Specialists for these brands.

DRIVER FITTING

For a lot of players, optimization is synonymous with adjustability. And many of the latest drivers have incredible options for adjustment – from face angle, to shot shape, to loft. Weight and aerodynamics also play an important role in optimizing a driver to your game. 

At Shank Golf, we take these factors into account when fitting you for your driver, turning you into a fairway-finding machine.

IRON FITTING

Our Iron Fittings include a detailed, step-by-step process to determine the key specifications for your clubs. Through a thorough swing analysis, we can determine what specifications you need to optimize your iron play. We address your loft (distance control and gapping), lie (directional control), shaft flex (distance and trajectory control, feel), club length (distance and accuracy control, comfort), grip size (directional control, feel and security), swing weight (feel and swing control) and set makeup (distance gapping).

WEDGE FITTING

One of the best ways to lower your score is to focus on the short game. A tap-in putt is usually the result of a dead-solid wedge shot. Through an interview and evaluation of your wedge technique, we can determine the proper type and loft of wedge that are best suited for you.

Sole design, loft and club length are the key elements. We'll find the best loft options based on your current set makeup and the distance gapping needs that enhance your ability to control distance and trajectory on short approaches, chip shots, pitches and sand shots. The proper length of each wedge is also measured to further enhance your distance and control.

PUTTER FITTING

We will find the best total weight and swing weight to aid in distance control and the overall feel of the putter. Our expert fitters will determine the best head shape (blade or mallet) and style (face balanced or toe balanced), as well as toe hang and toe flow. 

Fit the design of the putter to your ability, and you'll have the best chance to improve your putting statistics, including putts made, two-putts and total number of putts. 

GOLF BALL FITTING

Find the perfect ball for your style of play with a golf ball fitting at Shank Golf. Try out the latest golf balls.

Swing away while we analyze the distance, trajectory, spin and feel of each ball you strike. We will review the data with you to make sure you’re playing the right ball for your game. You can even test the ball you're currently playing and compare it with others to see if it’s time to upgrade.

an understanding for just how far each club makes the Golf Ball travel, Carry and

WORKSHOP

The workshop holds a fantastic selection of the best grips in the game, specialist Golf Pride & SuperStroke Grip fitting service centre. Steve has gripped more clubs than most of you have had hot dinners! He has the knowledge to best assist you in making the correct selection for which grip is best suited to you and your game.

Super quick service generally available where one or a couple of grips can be done while you wait. Otherwise if you have a set that needs doing, drop them off and they can be regripped within the day.
